If this is an Initial Divorce Strategy Session:
A conflict check will be performed. If there is a conflict, Mr. Benmor will not be able to advise you and we will notify you of such, cancel the appointment, and promptly refund your booking fee.
If there is no conflict, you will receive a confirmation email from info@BenmorFamilyLawStrategies.ca, usually within one business day.
The confirmation email will contain a link to the online questionnaire that you must complete before your Divorce Strategy Session. This questionnaire will allow you to inform Mr. Benmor of your background information, your personal concerns, and your priority questions so that he can maximize your time together.
If this is a Follow Up Divorce Strategy Session:
Please send a brief update, 1-3 questions, and any documents you want Mr. Benmor to review to followupsession@bfls.ca prior to your session.
